Catherine Hailes is the lead teacher in a two day toddler class on Tuesday and Thursday. She also assists in the Teddy Bear class on Fridays. Catherine has been a regular floater teacher for the toddler classes, substitute in all age groups and team leader for the the toddler classes in years past. She has completed her Early Childhood Certificate. Catherine has two children who attended Reveille.
Amy Ernst assists Catherine in a two day toddler class on Tuesday and Thursday. Amy has been a regular substitute in all age groups at Reveille and worked as a toddler floater assistant as well. She graduated from University of Mary Washington with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Amy has three children who are Reveille graduates.
Beth Fowler is the lead teacher in a two day toddler class on Monday and Wednesday. Beth has served as team leader for the toddler teachers in years past. Beth came to Reveille in 2006 and has a BFA in Art. She has two children of her own who attended Reveille.
Catherine Boehling joined our Reveille family in 2014. She assists Beth in a Monday/Wednesday toddler class. Catherine also assists Amy Noland in a preschool class on Thursdays. Catherine has volunteered her time in the classroom at Reveille as a room mom and for special events including field day. Catherine earned her BS in Biology at VCU and a Post-Baccalaureate certificate in Information Systems. She has experiences as a lifeguard at the YMCA and working with children in the after school care program. She's also volunteered her time at St. Bridget's Vacation Bible School. Catherine has two children who attended Reveille.
Hannah Watts is the lead teacher in a three day Monday/Wednesday/Friday toddler class. She has also worked as an assistant teacher in our toddler program, regular substitute and floater teacher. Hannah is the curriculum specialist for the toddler team, leading three age level meetings each school year focusing on early childhood topics. She is also the team leader for the toddler classes. Hannah graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors of Arts in English.
Stephanie Eastham is an assistant teacher in a three day Monday/Wednesday/ Friday toddler class. Stephanie has worked as an assistant teacher in the preschool from 2018-2020. She also has experience leading in a toddler classroom. She has also been a regular substitute in all classrooms. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from University of Georgia and completed her Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Ed. from Lewis and Clark College. Stephanie taught for six years grades 3-5 at at Good Shepherd Episcopal School. Stephanie has a school age son who graduated Reveille.
Mary Walker is the lead teacher in a three day toddler class on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. She has been a regular substitute in all age groups and worked as an assistant teacher in the past. Mary has completed the Early Childhood Certificate program through J.Sargeant Reynolds. She teaches piano in our after school program. Mary has children who attended Reveille.
Megan Ray joined the Reveille family in 2022. She assists Mary in a Tuesday/Thursday/Friday toddler class. Megan has been in the role of substitute in all classrooms. She has a Bachelors in Psychology. Megan has experience working as an ABA therapist for children on the autism spectrum in Oregon, Georgia and Virginia. She earned her certificate in behavioral analysis training parents and teachers. Megan has three children who are all Reveille graduates.
Sharon Anderegg is a former Reveille parent, a member of Reveille Church and a past member of the Reveille Weekday Programs Board. She is the lead teacher in a three day toddler classroom on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. Sharon has a BA in history and has taken education courses. She worked at Children's World Learning Centers in Newport News and Richmond for eight years. There she had experience as an assistant and lead teacher. Sharon has been a dependable substitute teacher here at Reveille and assisted Judy Gupton in the Children's Library. She has three children of her own.
Jenny Everett joined the Reveille family in 2022. She is the assistant teacher in a three day toddler classroom Tuesday/Thursday working alongside Sharon. Jenny as been a regular substitute in all age groups since 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English. Jenny has volunteered with K-12 students through several Richmond organizations. She's volunteered as a Sunday School teacher at her own church and a Brownie Troop leader.
Jennifer is a former Reveille parent and joined the staff in 2022. She is the lead teacher in a toddler classroom on Monday and Wednesday. Jennifer is a former elementary school teacher, preschool and elementary substitute teacher, and Sunday school teacher. She also served as PTO president for her children's school. Jennifer has bachelor's and master's degrees in Education from William and Mary. She has three children of her own.
Ann Fischetti has rejoined the Reveille family and is now the assistant teacher in the Monday/Wednesday toddler class working alongside Jennifer Burris. In previous years, Ann worked with all the age groups at Reveille as either a substitute, floater, assistant, or lead teacher. We are so happy to have her back as a staff member and now as a Reveille parent! Ann has a BFA in interior architecture from Longwood University and has completed the Early Childhood Certificate program. She has taught woodworking for Saint Christopher’s Extended Day program, worked for a local non-profit focusing on early language and literacy development for schools and programs across the state, and tutored a second grader during virtual schooling. She has one son who attends Reveille.
Molly Parker is the lead teacher in a three/four day preschool class, Monday-Thursday. Molly has also been in the role of assistant teacher and regular substitute. Molly graduated from JMU with a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Family Issues. She has two children of her own that have attended our program at Reveille.
Mary Beth Baber has been at Reveille since 2007. She is the assistant teacher alongside Molly in a three/four day preschool class, Monday-Thursday. Mary Beth has a BA in English and a MBA. Mary Beth has been in the role of substitute teacher for multiple years and completed the Early Childhood Certificate program. She has served as team leader for several years for the KR/JK team of teachers. Mary Beth has two children of her own who attended Reveille.
Amy Noland is the lead teacher in a four day preschool class, Monday-Thursday. She graduated from UVA with a BA in Government. In addition to raising four children of her own, Amy has
experience working as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School and Co-Director and Director of Racquet Sports at Westwood working with children ages six and younger. Amy has been in the role of toddler floater teacher, regular substitute for our program and assistant teacher. Amy has four children who attended Reveille Weekday School.
Danielle Roberts is the assistant teacher working alongside Amy in a four day preschool class Monday-Wednesday. Danielle has volunteered her time for many RWS events over the years and served as Weekday Programs Board Chair. She assisted in all age groups with summer camp 2022 as a camp floater teacher. Danielle earned her Bachelors in Political Science from Virginia Tech. In addition to helping with the Weekday School ministry, Danielle is a member of Reveille United Methodist Church and is involved with many of the other ministries of the church. Danielle has three children who have attended our program at Reveille.
Nancy has been a teacher at Reveille for 30 years. She has an Early Childhood Certificate and has consistently taught three and four year old children. Nancy is also currently working on completing her CDA (Child Development Associate). She's also one of the coordinators for the extended day program and carpool team. In addition, Nancy teaches the early morning drop off program. Nancy is the lead teacher in a four day preschool class, Monday-Thursday and assists on Fridays in the All Star Class. Nancy has one grown daughter who is a Reveille graduate.
Emily Fishburne is a four day preschool assistant teacher alongside Nancy. She joined our staff in 2015. Emily is a former Reveille parent serving as room parent and special event co chair for our annual fall festival. Emily has also been a regular substitute in our toddler and preschool classes. She is a graduate from James Madison University completing a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, minoring in nutrition. Emily has two children who are Reveille graduates.
Debi Douglas came to Reveille in 1989. She has a BA in Fine Arts and has her Early Childhood Certificate. Debi teaches a four/five day preschool class. She is one of the coordinators for the extended day program and carpool team. Debi serves as the summer camp director and as team leader for the three and four day preschool classrooms.
Anne is an assistant teacher alongside Debi, Monday-Thursday in the All Star Class. Anne has been in the role of a floater teacher for the toddler classes since 2017. She has worked in the preschool world as an assistant and lead teacher since 2007. She graduated from Longwood College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In addition, Anne has completed the Career Studies Certificate in Early Childhood Education through J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College. She has two grown children.
Caroline Koskinen is the lead teacher in one of our Kindergarten Readiness classes, Monday-Friday. She is a former special education teacher and mother of two boys. Caroline has a Masters in Education and Reading Specialist Endorsement including early childhood literacy knowledge and experience. She has worked with elementary school aged children, tutors students in reading at St. Christophers as well as led in one of our four day preschool classrooms. Caroline has served in a team leader role for the youngest preschool classes as well and will take on the role of preschool curriculum specialist for the 2022-2023 school year.
Blakely Loftin joins the Reveille family assisting with Caroline in one of our Kindergarten Readiness classes, Monday-Friday. She received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Social Studies from Appalachian State University. She has her North Carolina teaching certification in Grades K-6. Blakely has experience teaching first grade and has served as room parent during the 2021-2022 school year at Reveille. Blakely has one Reveille graduate and one child still attending the program.
Paulette Greentree has been teaching at Reveille since 1996. Paulette has experience in many various age groups. She was also the children's librarian at one time. Paulette has a BS in Education. She is the lead teacher in one of our Kindergarten Readiness classes. Paulette has a grown son who graduated from Reveille.
Marie North came to us from Henrico County Public Schools. As an instructional assistant, Marie provided daily educational and emotional support to children with special needs. She has past experience with preschool and private kindergarten as well. Marie is the assistant teacher in one of our Kindergarten Readiness classes alongside Paulette. Marie has been an assistant teacher and floater at Reveille since 2012. She has three grown children of her own.
Margaret Raigins is the JK lead teacher working alongside Ruthie White. She is a Collegiate School graduate attending Randolph-Macon College earning a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. Margaret completed the post-baccalaureate teaching certification program at University of Richmond and is certified to teach Pre-K through 6. She student taught in Henrico County Schools and worked as a PALS teacher. Margaret then went on to obtain a position at Sylvan Learning Centers as the Director of Education and Center Director. She has two children who are Reveille graduates.
Ruthie is the JK assistant teacher. She graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in Political Science. Ruthie has worked as a lead preschool teacher since 2016. Ruthie volunteers at her children's schools, vacation bible school and Girl Scout programs. Ruthie has two children.
Judy Gupton is our children's librarian. Judy came to Reveille in 1995 and worked in the toddler program for many years. As the librarian, she is a member of the Virginia Association of School Librarians and attends their annual conference. She also coordinates an annual book drive to keep the book selection full of the newest in quality children's literature. Judy assists in the office two days a week and coordinates all resources and equipment for the school. She has one grown daughter who attended Reveille.
Brittany Brooks is excited to be the new music teacher at Reveille Weekday School. She attended VCU and earned her Bachelor in Music in Vocal/Choral education. She has experience teaching all age levels, having taught in both public and private schools, and as a private voice and piano teacher. Brittany lives on a small hobby farm outside of Richmond with her husband and 2 kids. In her spare time, you can find her singing with the Richmond Symphony Chorus, adding to her plant collection, or taking photos.
Dr. Jennifer Cave has more than 25 years of experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education in a variety of settings in Virginia. Her time as Director at Reveille began in 2022. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education, and a Doctorate of Education degree with a concentration in Curriculum and Systemic Change. She has taught adult learners as well as children in her roles as Adjunct Professor, Instructional Support Specialist for the Virginia Preschool Initiative, Preschool Teacher (Special Education and Head Start), and Infant Developmental Specialist. She is dedicated to promoting engaging preschool experiences that foster relationships, developmental growth, and success for all young children and has received certification as a practice-based coach, and a CLASS Observer and Trainer. During her career, Jennifer has provided training and professional development workshops and presented on a variety of topics at conferences throughout the state of Virginia.
Beverley Tilley is the program Administrative Assistant at Reveille Weekday School. Beverley came to Reveille in 1995. She has an MBA. Beverley handles the financial aspects of the program, parent/volunteer involvement and substitute schedules as well as other administrative matters. Beverley has two grown children, who attended Reveille.
JoAnn Melberg is the new nurse consultant for Reveille Weekday School. JoAnn has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a nurse in the Richmond area for over 35 years. JoAnn’s granddaughter will be attending Reveille in the fall. Family is her favorite pastime and her 7th grandchild is on the way!
